It depends on your role in Dubai's film and TV industry:
You may need to fill out more than one form. For example, if you're a casting director who also runs a casting company, you'd fill out the Individual Crew Directory for yourself and the relevant company form for your business.
The database serves two purposes: helping DFGC understand and support the local industry, and helping incoming international productions quickly find the crew, companies, and services they need while filming in Dubai.
Your information is securely stored and used by DFGC for industry mapping purposes. Only professional details will be shared in a filtered, non-sensitive form with international productions seeking local talent, companies, or services. Sensitive personal or business documents are never shared externally.
Yes. If any of your details change, simply resubmit the form with your updated information. We'll treat your most recent submission as the current record. Please make sure to resubmit before the submission deadline.
Yes. Forms will close on September 25, 2026. Make sure your submission is in before then if you'd like to be included in the first phase of the directory.
